Create your first schedule

  1. Open Schedules

In Work, open Schedules and tap Add schedule.

  2. Choose days and times

Give it a name, select at least one weekday, and choose different start and end times.

  3. Choose what goes away

Select your apps and optional silence, then save the schedule. Allow scheduled alarms when prompted so it can start and end on time.

Overnight schedules

An end time earlier than the start continues into the next day. For a Monday 22:00–07:00 schedule, protection starts on Monday night and ends Tuesday morning. Selected days are always the starting days.

Keep more than one routine

You can add several schedules, edit them repeatedly, switch them off or delete them. An accepted edit applies to the current scheduled block; deletion ends that schedule’s own block. Other schedules and Blocks settings still apply.

Silence is optional

Choose Off or Do Not Disturb, just as in Work mode. SwipeLess no longer postpones selected apps’ notifications. Ending one schedule does not lift another active source of silence. Your phone’s Do Not Disturb exceptions remain in control.

If a schedule starts late

Check scheduled-alarm access and the saved weekdays and times. Without that special access, Android may delay transitions. SwipeLess restores saved schedules after a phone restart. Schedule help.
